HITTING

Every hitter is unique. Different swings, minds, and approaches. Coaching means adapting, not cloning. It’s about meeting each player where they are, building trust, and helping them grow into the best version of who they are.

FIELDING

I’ve trained at multiple positions, my whole life leading me to understand the game deeply. Knowing the demands of each spot helps me coach positioning, timing, and mindset, turning them into efficientsmart, confident defenders.

AGILITY

Agility is the foundation of being an athlete. With a 6.27 60-yard dash, I train to move efficiently—quick first steps, body control, balance. It shows up in the field with range and explosive reads, and at the plate through rhythm and adjustability. Agility connects everything.

KNOWLEDGE

The game is more than skills—it’s understanding timing, angles, and situations. Knowledge builds confidence, helping anticipate plays and adjust strategies. But true growth happens off the field—learning discipline, humility, and leadership to become a better man.

About Me

My name is Zach Zarko, I'm a faith-driven baseball player/coach from Fort Worth, Texas. I’ve played at the college level and in summer leagues, and now I’m stepping into pro ball in the Frontier League. I have a degree in Kinesiology, so I plan to use my knowledge and my long while in the training room to properly train and care for my players. My goal is to help young athletes not just get better at baseball, but also grow in character, confidence, and work ethic. I care about teaching the game the right way and helping players become both physically and mentally strong young men on and off the field.

"Zach knows baseball and can do all the little tweaks that hitting, and fielding coaches do. What separates Zach is he challenges athletes to think for themselves and provides guidance to the mental side of the game. The technical adjustments are great and thorough but having a genuine connection with young athletes, thats build on trust and accountability make Zach stand out. Talking through situations, approach, visualization, and mental resilience are what makes Zach great.
